Confirm that MIDI is being sent from the Maschine. Try using Maschine in MIDI mode with some other non-NI software (eg Ableton Live). Note that Melodics will see the Maschine even if it’s not in MIDI mode.

Reboot your computer - you may need to do this to ensure the drivers are installed correctly. SHIFT + CHANNEL (Maschine+ must be in Controller Mode first. if you are looking for VST's from Image-Line such as Harmor (great synth btw), Sytrus and Grossbeat or others - in. then you can use FL Studio as a plugin within Maschine.
